Classes

Find Your Flow, Build Your Strength

From slow and grounding to fast and fierce, Bloomspire offers a variety of women-led classes designed to meet you where you are—and challenge you when you’re ready. Every class is built with inclusivity, safety, and empowerment in mind, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or coming back stronger than ever.

⚡ Knockout Queens | Self-Defense

Led by Dylan Reed, one of Bloomspire’s most trusted instructors, this class is all about turning fear into fire. Trauma-informed and bullshit-free, Knockout Queens teaches real-world techniques you can rely on—whether you’re walking to your car at night or just want to feel stronger in your own skin. Expect practical drills, confidence-boosting combos, and a whole lot of power packed into every session. Come ready to sweat, learn, and maybe even scream a little. (We encourage it.)

🖤 Grip & Glow | Pole Fitness

Taught by the radiant and ever-encouraging Roxie Quinn, this class is a celebration of strength, sensuality, and self-love. Whether you’re perfecting a spin, nailing that climb, or just learning to strut with purpose, Grip & Glow meets you where you are—no judgment, just joy. Expect a welcoming vibe, killer playlists, and a few extra laughs along the way. This is your reminder: you don’t have to shrink to shine. This class is for all body types and sizes. There's no limit to your confidence!

🔥 Fierce Flow | Empowerment Yoga

Led by the ever-soulful Rebecca Stevens, this class blends grounding breathwork with dynamic movement to help you reconnect with your body, your strength, and your spark. Think yoga with bite—stretch deep, sweat it out, and move like you mean it. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned yogi, this is your space to breathe, bend, and bloom on your own terms.

🌙 Stretch & Restore | Restorative Yoga

Another yoga class taught by our resident star-chart-wielding-yogi, Rebecca Stevens in the soft glow of candlelight, this class is all about surrender. With long, supported holds and gentle breathwork, Stretch & Restore invites your body to release what it’s holding onto—tension, stress, or just the weight of the day. Come in your coziest clothes, bring a blanket if you like, and let yourself exhale. This isn’t just yoga—it’s nervous system rehab.

💥 Punch Like a Girl | Boxing 101

Led by self-defense coach Dylan Reed and assisted by resident gym badass and creative powerhouse Sloane Bennett, this class is all about reclaiming strength—physically and mentally. You’ll learn proper stance, form, combos, and footwork, with drills designed to get your heart racing and your confidence soaring.
Dylan brings the focus and fundamentals; Sloane brings the hype and a mean left hook. No macho bullshit. No weird gym bro energy. Just fierce femmes, flying fists, and full-body empowerment.

🎧 Spin & Shout | Cycling

Led by high-octane, no-excuses instructor Minah Park, this ride is not for the faint of heart—or the faint of hustle. Minah doesn’t just push you, she dares you. With pulsing lights, an all-female power playlist, and her signature “get your ass in gear” attitude, you’ll sprint, climb, and sweat like the damn warrior you are.
She’s got zero time for coasting and even less for complaints. If you’re not dripping by the end, she’ll assume your bike was broken.

🧘 The Armor Room | Meditation & Mindfulness

Former new member turned employee, Anaya Mehra, leads this class with quiet courage and a gentle heart. It’s not about silencing your thoughts—it’s about facing them without flinching. You'll learn grounding techniques, breathing practices, and how to hold space for yourself when the world tries to shrink you. This is where stillness becomes strength.

💪 Barbell Babes | Strength Training 101

Run by Alex Maddox, Bloomspire’s no-nonsense gym manager with biceps that could bench press your doubts, this class is here to demystify the weights and help you feel strong as hell. You’ll learn barbell basics—from deadlifts to squats to overhead presses—in a space that’s as supportive as it is sweaty.
This is a body-positive, ego-free zone. No pressure to go heavy, no weird flexing in the mirror (unless you’re admiring yourself, in which case—carry on).

Come curious. Leave confident.

Take up space. Breathe deep. Let's move.

Events

Find Your Flow, Build Your Strength

After hours, the gym transforms into a hub for connection, creativity, and growth. These women-only events offer a safe, inclusive space to celebrate strength in all forms—emotional, physical, and spiritual.

🌿 Circle Strong
Trauma-Informed Healing Circles

“You don’t have to go it alone. Not here.”

Held in the softest, most sacred corner of Bloomspire, Circle Strong is for the stories that ache to be held gently. These therapist-led circles offer a quiet, safe space for survivors and seekers alike. Whether you’re ready to speak your truth or just need to sit beside other women who understand—this is where the healing starts. No pressure. No judgment. Just presence, patience, and power.

👑 Powerhouse Voices
Women in Power Panels

“If she can, maybe I can too.”

Once a month, the gym transforms into a stage for fierce women who’ve kicked ass in their own arenas—firefighters, pilots, professors, CEOs, artists, activists, mothers, survivors. These panels aren’t stiff lectures—they’re real, raw conversations about what it takes to rise.Bring your questions. Bring your ambition. And bring your besties—because when women share power, everybody levels up.

✨ Velvet Grip
Pole & Poetry Nights

“Movement is poetry. Your body is the pen.”

Equal parts sultry and soulful, Velvet Grip is a favorite for good reason. Start with a playful, beginner-friendly pole session—think sensual movement, no pressure. Then shift into an open mic of poetry, storytelling, and truth-telling, all held in soft lighting with tea, laughter, and the occasional tear. This is where vulnerability meets badassery. And every body is a work of art.

🛡️ Strike & Soothe
Defense & Decompression

“Some nights we roar. Some nights we rest. Some nights, we do both.”

This dual-session event is pure Bloomspire magic. Start with a powerful self-defense segment that gets your blood pumping and your boundaries sharpened. Then slow it all down with restorative yoga, hot tea, and gentle conversation in a space that understands the need for both fight and softness. Here, we build women who can hit hard—and heal harder.

💗 Saturdays for Self
Self-Love Workshop

“You are the love of your own life.”

Once a month, Bloomspire slows all the way down—for you. For your heart, your body, your softness, your strength. These sessions are gentle, joyful, and radically loving, rooted in the truth that you don’t need to “fix” yourself to be worthy. You already are. Some months, we trace the lines of our bodies with vibrant paint and celebrate every curve. Other times, we write letters to our teenage selves, light candles for the parts of us that hurt, or stand before a mirror and speak love out loud—awkwardly at first, and then like a mantra we never want to forget. There’s no right way to show up here. Cry. Giggle. Bring your whole friend group or come alone and leave with soul-sisters. We designed this night for all the women who’ve ever been told they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or somehow wrong just for existing in their skin. This is your sacred reminder:
✨ You are the love of your own life.
✨ You don’t have to earn rest, softness, or joy.
✨ Your body is not a project—it’s a fucking masterpiece.
Whether you stay quiet in a corner or dance like no one’s watching, Saturdays for Self is where you come home to yourself. And babe, we’re so glad you’re here.

Take up space. Breathe deep. Let's move.
